HYGIENE ASSISTANCE
We are able to provide showers to families and individuals in our community who are displaced or homeless. Eligible Individuals can shower 2x per week. Families or Individuals are welcomed to walk-in, but will need to make an appointment with us after hours between 11:30 AM-1 PM to access services.
NUTRITION ASSISTANCE

Nutrition looks at the health of the body as a whole including balanced diets, exercise, and proper hydration. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is often considered too difficult, especially for people on tight budgets who cannot afford healthy foods and gym memberships.
Participants will learn how to make balanced meals, identify portion sizes, and make healthy menu selections when dining out. Participants will receive a free recipe book.

PLANNING COMMITTEE
The purpose of the planning committee is to assist with planning our annual events as well as new events throughout the year where we can serve our community. These events include but are not limited to our annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas giveaway, Valentines Gala, Back to School Bash and fundraising events.

Future Pathways Program
Through mentorship and educational resources, we help connect interested individuals with information about military service and other opportunities that can provide structure, skills, and a path toward future success.
